Customer Care - Search Form: Middle Name Column Not Present In Grid (Doc ID 1203005.1)

Symptoms

In the Contact Center Basic Search form, in the results grid, the column Contact Middle Name is not available for selection. That column was available in 11.5.9

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Contact Center
2. Click the Search icon
3. In the Basic Search window look for a person
4. In the results grid try to add a new column but the list is not showing the Contact Middle Name column

Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 12.1.1.
