Symptoms
When attempting to run the standard General Ledger report "Journals - (180) Char" or (132 Char) and trying to access the Batch LOV the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01564: Oracle Error 904 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ora-00904
"B'."SET_OF_BOOKS_ID" Invalid Identifier
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reports > Request > Standard
2. Select 'Journals - (180 Char)'
3. Enter Parameters, select Batch LOV

New Upgrade to R12.
