AGIS Customer Association Selects Inactive BILL_TO Locations Causing GLIIMP Import Intercompany Transactions To Error (Doc ID 1203914.1)

Symptoms

When a customer has two site uses under one site number, where one site use is active and the other is inactive, and where both site uses have the same location, the customer association is using the location to pick the inactive site use.

Because the customer association is setup with the inactive location, when the Intercompany Import Program is run, the following error is displayed:

The intercompany transaction requires an invoice and the recipient organization &organization does not have a customer association with the initiator organization &organization. Legal entity, customer, and site association for recipient organization &organization does not exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. setup customer
2. setup supplier
3. setup site (Site number 1201)
4. setup 2 site uses. One active and one inactive. Give both site uses the same location : 1013.
5. Setup customer / supplier association
In this association, specify the location 1013.
6. execute the Intercompany Import Program. Because the association is setup with the inactive location, it will error.
