Cannot Modify "May Be Changed" Check Box in the Attachments Form (Doc ID 120439.1)

Goal

Problem Description
-------------------

In the attachment screen (FNDATTCH),
there is a check box called 'May Be Changed'.
you are not able to do any modification on this check box.
It is always enabled or disabled.
you get a MSG : "Field is protected against update"

(N)->Engineering->ECOs->[B]Attachments
