Multi Period Accounting not working for Secondary Ledger (Doc ID 1206153.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to account invoices,
the following error occurs for the Secondary Ledger in XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERRORS.

ERROR
-----------------------
95261 - The account code combination .xxx.xxxx.xxxxxx.xxxx... is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: Values have not been entered for one or more required segments.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Setup Multi Period Accounting for Secondary Ledger with Chart of Accounts different from that of Primary Ledger
2. Enter an invoice
3. Run Create Accounting
