Report: Transaction Detail Report Is Not Providing An Output For Certain Invoices. (Doc ID 1206788.1)

Symptoms


On : 12.0.6 version, Reports Issues

It happens after upgrade from 11.5.8 to R12.0.6  and application of patch  8501808:R12.AR.A
User tried to process two different reports: one with invoices previous to upgrade  (ie, 5288880 to 5288885) and other invoices after upgrade  (ie, 5323120 to 5323125).

For the transactions after upgrade  it did not work and
the following error occurs in a report output

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run Transaction Detail Report for Invoice Number : 5323120 - 5323125

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot see report output
