Dispute Amount Does Not Reflect Correctly In Collection Transaction Details Form (Doc ID 1206952.1)

Symptoms

Go to the Collections-> Collections (Transaction Tab) to view the dispute amount and it reflect the dispute amount (created from the AR invoice screen) in the transaction tab header screen, but in the transaction details screen, it does not show the dispute amount

Whereas, if user create another dispute amount transaction from the collections screen (transaction detail screen), the dispute amount shows in the transaction details screen and transaction header screen.

Steps
======
- Create Transaction in AR
- go to more tab and put some amount in dispute
- go to Receivables: Collection: Collections: Query the customer
- the dispute amount is displayed.
- Click on Transaction Details button, here the amount is not reflected.
