Learner Enrollment Self Service Screen In Olm Does Not Show Employee/Organisation

On : 12.1.2 version, Catalog Admin
Learner Enrollment Self service screens on Oracle Learning module not able to fetch the employee and Organization records through LOV.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learning Administrator > Catalog Administrator >
2. In the catalog select the appropriate category,course and click on classes link.
3. Click on single enroll
4. Select the learner type as 'Internal'
5. Click on LOV icon for organization field. It is not showing any records
Also in Learner Details Section click on LOV for Last Name to fetch the employee records.This LOV also does not show any records
