Purpose
Currently, when Enterprises use Oracle Performance Management to appraise workers, all Performance Management Plan (PMP) Appraisals have to be completed by the Appraisal Task End Date.
However, in any Enterprise, there may be workers who do not complete their PMP Appraisals within the Appraisal Period due to reasons such as being on leave, etc. Workers who do not complete their PMP Appraisals by the Appraisal Task End Date can no longer access their Appraisals to view or complete them. Similarly, Managers cannot access incomplete PMP Appraisals of workers to view or update them.
Managers and workers can now complete PMP Appraisals after the Appraisal Task End Date and before the Plan Period End Date.
This profile option is available from Release 12.1 HRMS RUP4
