Purpose
This document is intended to provide steps to use Mobile Field Service Laptop or PocketPC (a.k.a Store and Forward) with Oracle Lite (OLITE) 10.3.0.3. It applies to new installs as well as upgrades from 5.0.2.10 or 10.2.0.2.
Scope
The scope of this bulletin customers who are using Mobile Field Service Store and Forward Application such as Laptop and Pocket PC with Olite 10.3.0.3. The primary intention for this document is to aid with upgrades, but the steps apply to new installs. The post install steps and patches to apply are the same. Where a step is required for upgrades only, that is mentioned within the step itself.
