Symptoms
OTM duplicates the Reference Number Qualifier (Refnum Qual) when trying to update the TransOrder's Refnum with a new value.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create an Order Base with a Reference Number etc; ORD_TYP with a qualifier value like FRAGILE.
2- Upload a TransOrder xml with a new qual value like LIQUID using TransactionCode of 'IU'.
3- Check the Order Base > see...
ORD_TYP = FRAGILE
