Symptoms


After upgrading to Release 12.0.6, you have discovered that there is no primary key constraint on either of the tables OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL or OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL.

Your expectation is that every table is supposed to have a primary key constraint.
