Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Find when using a Security Profile, all employees are showing up in the Performance Management Plan, even those outside of the security profile.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a security profile, restricting by Business group or org hierarchy.
- Create an Administrator responsibility (Performance Management Admin) and associate the security profile.
- Run security list maintenance, cleared cache and tested.
- All employees are visible.
