Security Profile Not Working For Performance Management Responsibilities (Doc ID 1207615.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Find when using a Security Profile, all employees are showing up in the Performance Management Plan, even those outside of the security profile.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a security profile, restricting by Business group or org hierarchy.
  2. Create an Administrator responsibility (Performance Management Admin) and associate the security profile.
  3. Run security list maintenance, cleared cache and tested.
  4. All employees are visible.
