Symptoms

When running online create accounting from the Transactions form and you get the following error for all transactions:


FRM-40735:WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


However, when you run the concurrent program Create Accounting for the same transactions, it completes without errors.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Query transaction
  2. Menu: Tools > Create Accounting
