Purpose

Many times when assigning resources to a Service Request through Assignment Manager (Auto-assignment) the result turns out null or to a territory that was unanticipated.

The below script receives inputs of primary qualifiers and, when combined with tracing, can be an effective tool to show what went wrong and the incorrect result.
