R12 : Create Internal Orders Does Not Honor Custom Requisition Line Price (Doc ID 1208723.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 17, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Purchasing - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Executable:POCISO - Create Internal Orders

Symptoms

Create Internal Orders does not honor custom price for internal requisition. It resets price back to the default price for the requisition line item.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create custom price hook for Internal Requisition. This includes customize POXPXPRB.pls, function PO_CUSTOM_PRICE_PUB.GET_CUST_INTERNAL_REQ_PRICE as functionality allows.
2. Create Internal Requisitions. Custom price is defaulted to requisition line correctly, for example custom unit price = 2000 ( standard default unit price = 1000 ).
3. Approve the Requisition.
4. Run Create Internal Orders concurrent program.
5. Observe the line inserted to OM interface has the default unit price = 1000, not the custom price 2000 as set on the Internal Requisition.
