Debrief Error Because Of Multiple Runs Of Debrief Posting Program for Same The Debrief (Doc ID 1208756.1)

Find that sometimes a debrief status is set to 'Completed with Errors' by the Debrief Posting program even though all lines were processed successfully. Charges, Inventory and Install Base were updated correctly.

Yet one or more of the lines will have an error, indicating there was a problem. That should not be possible as the transactions are visible in the other modules. If there was a problem, it would be rolled back.
The errors seen for the lines can be different, depending on what problem was encountered. But they are an indication that the line was already processed (either a message from inventory that there is not enough on-hand quantity, or from Install Base that it cannot find the expected (source) instance).
