On :  12.1.1 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay

Found for the same bank account, the 'Manage payment Document' disabled when 'advanced search used and only enabled when using simple search

Expect Manage payment Document to be enabled where ever simple or advances search used

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to payable >Setup > Payment >bank account
2. Search for Bank using advanced search

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Manage payment Document when advanced search used
