FRM-47023 Error When Entering the Serial Number Field On Find SR Form (Doc ID 1210174.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to search by Serial Number in the Find Service Request form, the following error occurs:
After getting the error below, attempting to search via list of values displays the "FRM-47021: No such parameter named SERIAL_LOV_FLAG exists in the status bar".

Error

-FRM-47023: No such parameter named
  SERIAL_LOV_FLAG exists in form CSXSRISR.
  Click OK
-FRM-47023: No such parameter named
  SERIAL_LOV_FLAG exists in Parameter List DEFAULT.
  Click OK
-FRM-41076: Error populating group.
  Click OK


Steps to Reproduce

1. Responsibility: Customer Support
2. Click on the Find SR form
3. Enter Serial Number

The error(s) above are displayed.
