Depot Repair: How to Enable Service Request and Sales Order Drilldown Hyperlinks

A new feature for 12.1.3 is to have hyperlinks from Repair Order Details into the Service Request (SR) details and/or the Sales Order details.
This feature is available for 12.1.2 as well through Patch 9977272:R12.CSD.B - 12.1 CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR BUG FIXES BETWEEN DATES 21-AUG-10 TO 22-AUG-10, or the later replacements.
The only fields impacted are:
- SR Number field on the Depot Workbench header
- Order Number column on the Logistics tab
- SR Number field on the Technician Portal (also known as the HVR screen).
