A new feature for 12.1.3 is to have hyperlinks from repair order details into the Service Request details and or the Sales Order details. This feature is available for 12.1.2 as well through Patch 9977272:R12.CSD.B - 12.1 CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR BUG FIXES BETWEEN DATES 21-AUG-10 TO 22-AUG-10, or the later Patch 18292173:R12.CSD.B
The only fields impacted are the SR Number field on the Depot Workbench header, the Order Number column on the Logistics tab, and the SR Number field on the Technician Portal (also known as the HVR screen).
