Symptoms
'Generate Field Service Trips' concurrent program should finished normally, when there are multiple shifts assigned to a resource in a day and create the shifts so that, for example,
first shift from 7:00 to 12:00 and
second shift from 13:00 to 17:00
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service Dispatcher Responsibility.
2. Shifts were defined for days Monday through Saturday (two shifts for each day)
First shift from 7:00 to 12:00 and second shift from 13:00 to 17:00,
Both shifts are regular Availability type.
3.Run 'Generate Field Service Trips' concurrent program.
4.Concurrent program completed with a warning
5.Review the log and log shows for every resource in the shift from 13:00 to 17:00 the following error:
