"Respond By" Does Not Get Copied When The SR Is Copied (Doc ID 1211498.1)

Symptoms

Copying an SR, the Response By does not get copied.
But changing the severity resets the Response By.


Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a service request
2. Both fields are populated
3. Copy the SR. the copy SR does not have Respond By.
4. Change priority, "Respond By" is now populated.
