Symptoms



Collections Agent>Search>  customer by: Bill to
Query on the telephone number entered at customer's address level in AR:
APP-IEX-240445: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

Now the query returns records when search is done with 'customer by: Account' and telephone number is that from account level.
