Payroll SubLedger Accounting (SLA) - Some Costing Events Remain Unprocessed (Doc ID 1211514.1)

Symptoms

After running the Subledger Accounting (SLA) process for Payroll completes, find that many costing events remain unprocessed. The Create Accounting process is not creating journal entries for these events.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Payroll processes
  2. Run SLA process for payroll
  3. Find unprocessed events with no journal entries
