Error 95325 "The GL date <> is not in an open or a future enterable period" after Create Accounting when Checking Sub Ledger Accounting Events page

When attempting to run create accounting final the following error occurs.
95325 The GL date <> is not in an open or a future enterable period. Please
select a valid GL date or open the period
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run OPM preprocessor for post start date and post end date for the last open period
2. Run create accounting
3. See errors when checking Sub Ledger Accounting Events page, the date displayed by message is in past and closed period
In the present example, issue was with several OPM Batch Release Transactions that belong to a period that is already closed in the GL, these transactions are in error in the SLA because the GL Date is not in an open or future enterable period.
You cannot open the GL period in question and post it there.
This error can also appear on the Subledger Accounting Program Report and the Subledger Exceptions Report.
