After Upgrade To 11g Error While Creating Service Request: ORA-06508 On JTF_IH_PUB (Doc ID 1212207.1)

Steps to Reproduce

After upgrading the database to 11g, the following error occurs when creating a new service request from iSupport, or Contact Center or Service Request form:

In iSupport when the user tries to submit a Service Request (SR) they are receiving the following error:-

java.lang.Exception: FNDFND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERRORNPKG_NAMESS_ServiceRequest_PROCEDURE_NAME
Create_ServiceRequestN
ERROR_TEXT ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package CS- Service Request - PVTProcedure Create - Service Request.

When a service request is raised from within the Contact Center this error is raised:

Error

ORA-06508: PL/SQL could not find program unit being called in Package JTF_IH_PUB Procedure Open_Interaction

 click on OK the below error appears:-

100501: Non oracle Exception

Error Message:

ORA-06508

Changes

Database upgraded to 11g.
