Service HTML - Update SR: Country Code Not Appearing In Primary Contact Phone Field (Doc ID 1212544.1)

Symptoms

On the 'Update Service Request' page in the CSZ module (Customer Support Specialist responsibility) there is a region called Primary Contact. If the Contact Method is 'Telephone' then the contents of the 'Contact By' field is the contact's primary phone number.
The issue is that the Country Code portion of the phone number is not appearing in this field.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Customer Support Specialist Agent Dashboard
2. Open an existing Service Request
3. In the Primary Contact region, when the contact method is Telephone, the phone number does not have Country Code.
