Uploading journals fails with the following error:

Inform your system administrator that the routine Validate Values could not find any segments for the flexfield specified by Application ID = 101, Code
Using Oracle ADI 7.2.11 and Excel 2003 SP3

1. When the user "Manually" enters the Journal entry for a Budget or General Journal Entry in the Excel Template sheet, the upload works.

2. When the User copies the data from a spreadsheet (new or previous) as a Copy Paste or Paste Special the upload fails.  Noticed that the Cell format changed from General to Text which causes this problem. Changed the cell format back to General and the Upload succeded. Repeatable.
