Unable to open Saudi payslip report (Doc ID 1213553.1)

Symptoms


On Applications 12.0.6
Find that users cannot open payslips as the file type is *.ps (postscript)



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1-Run the Payroll process
2.. Run the Pre-payment process
3. Run Saudi Payment Output File
4. Then run the Saudi payroll archiver process
5. Saudi Payslip Report
