Symptoms
This note consolidates known causes for running Customer Merge and the following error is received:
APP-AR-42302: You cannot merge customer sites with different sales tax structures, for example state.county.city, as defined in System Options.
The sales tax structure of the To Address must match the sales tax structure of the From Address. Please select a To Address with the same Sales Tax Location as the From Address.
