How to Immediately Load Newly Created Data into the FTI/HD Database for Viewing in FTI

Goal
Newly created data in OTM is not automatically transferred over to the FTI/HD database. This is instead done by scheduling the P_LOAD_ALL database job; which is typically done once per day.
When testing/troubleshooting, it is necessary to have the data transferred immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled job.
In OTM Version 6.1, this is now possible. This note describes how this is accomplished.
