R12: AP: Supplier Site Creation Error, Immediately After Creation Of Employee As Supplier (Doc ID 1215016.1)

Symptoms

Creating a supplier site fails with  "Unable to create address and sites because of the following error when trying to create the site in operating unit [SBC Corporation - Operating Unit]: [Supplier Site Code is invalid]. Either resolve this issue and try again or deselect the operating unit with the error and continue. Note: any new address requires at least one site in order to be created".

This happens immediately after creating an Employee type supplier in the same form session.
