Credit Limit Gets Approved But Does Not Update The Case Folder

A credit analyst passes a recommendation to 'APPROVE' the Credit Application at a
customer Account level.  Notifications are then sent to the credit analyst that the
application is approved. The case folder does not show the approved amount.
