FDC: Need To Stop Authorization From Happening If CVV Validation Has Failed (Doc ID 1215583.1)

Goal

Currently using FDC to validate credit card transactions. 

They send an authorization even though the CVV validation is failing.
Is there a setup where we can prevent the order from getting authorized, if the CVV validation failed ?
