Cannot Select Customer As Second Bank Account Owner (Doc ID 1216043.1)

Symptoms


Often there are different customers using the same bank account number.
This can be achieved by entering the second customer as a second bank account owner, and then assigning the account to the second customer.
The problem is in few cases that the second customers does not appear in the LOV of bank account owners.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter customer number 1 with bill_to address and bank account.
Enter customer number 2 with bill_to address.
Select customer # 1, address and bank account.
Update bank account and Add Another Row at bank account owner.
-> Problem: Customer number 2 is not selectable, it does not appear in the LOV.
