Symptoms
Adding Contacts during the process of creating Service Request in iSupport, there are apparent duplicates in the popup search LOV.

Error
None. Expect to see a unique line for each Contact.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) iSupport
(N) Open a Service Request

 - In the Details page, click on 'Contacts'
 - Try to add a Contact for which the name is not unique. (i.e. Multiple Employees share a similar Name)
