Create Accounting XLAACCPB fails when secondary ledger's custom ADR returns null (Doc ID 1217543.1)

FORM:XLAABADR.FMB - Account Derivation Rules


When customer runs create accounting for a representation where the
primary and secondary ledgers do not have the same chart of accounts, ALL
receipts fail create accounting in the secondary ledger.

Create accounting error:

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive a value for the accounting
flexfield qualifier Balancing Segment using the account derivation rule
Multi-Fund Transaction Balancing Method - Balancing Segment owned by Oracle.
Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid
segment value for the source values passed for the transaction.

Customer has created custom Account Derivation Rules (ADR) to generate gl accounts in the primary and secondary ledger.
