Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Reports Issues
Customer has upgraded from 11.5.8 to 12.1.1
When attempting to run the Period Close Reconciliation Report, the following error occurs:

Error 50103 (C Engine): MSG MSG-00000: Run to date is unspecified. Defaulting to 31-DEC-09
Error 50103 (C Engine): MSG MSG-00000: waiting on summarization request
Error 50103 (C Engine): MSG MSG-02000: Failure in summarization package.
Error 50103 (C Engine): MSG MSG-00999: 90: User-Defined Exception
Error 50103 (C Engine): MSG MSG-00999: CSTRPCRE >X Wed Aug 18 1:11:29 2010
Error 50103 (C Engine): ERR REP-0771: After Form trigger failed.
Program exited with status 1
Cause: The program terminated, returning status code 1.
