FYI Emails Sent to Salesrep for Renewal WF Notifications Not Suppressed (Doc ID 1218284.1)

Symptoms

When a contract is renewed,  the workflow FYI notification detail is emailed to the salesrep, regardless of the status of  profile option 'OKC: Suppress Sending Emails from Contract Alert Workflow' (OKC_SUPPRESS_EMAILS).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set profile 'OKC: Suppress Sending Emails from Contract Alert Workflow' to YES
2. Renew a contract
- notifications get sent to the contract salesrep.
