No "Intransit Inventory Value" Report for OPM

CSTRITVR.RDF - Intransit Value Report
Symptoms
In all versions of Process Manufacturing (OPM) Financials, there is no report for showing the current value of Goods In Transit - that is to say, goods which have been Shipped on an Internal Sales Order but which have not yet been Received at the target Organization.
Discrete Cost Management does have such a report, but if you try to run this for an OPM Organization you will get an error like:
No value is shown because the quantity is not owned by the reporting organization
