After merging customers that have Bills Receivables transaction and delete flag is Yes, cannot see the bills any more in the Bills receivable transaction form

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Bills Receivable > Transactions

  1. Query the transaction in question
