Find problem in price adjustment using quick sales order form

Performing price adjustment via line details in Quick Sales order form doesn't behave the same way as
performing price adjustment via edit adjustment function. When using modifier in price adjustment via line
details method, the new price that was keyed in will automatically convert into a negative value even though
a positive value is keyed in. If you are to use edit adjustment instead, this doesn't happen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Quick SalesOrder Header

Quick Sales Order Form
SDG Return Order

Enter Item
Entered Qty turns to -1

Enter Return Reason

Price Adjustments
Line Details
SLE New Price
Enter 1400.0

New Price shows (1400.00)
Also Unti Selling Price shows (1400.00)
Qty shows -1

Extended Price shows 1,400.00 in red
