Symptoms
When attempting to find a Repair Order, the following error occurs:
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
Steps:
(R) Depot Repair Super User
(N) Find Repair Orders
- Enter a Repair/Service Order number, or a Service Request number, or a search criteria and click 'Find'.
=> The Repair Order is fetched and displayed, however, at the bottom of the Form there is an error message displayed.
