Autoinvoice Populates Incorrect Rule End Date For Credit Transactions (Doc ID 1219843.1)

Last updated on MAY 07, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When importing credit transactions with rules, the rule_end_date is not imported properly.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Import an invoice with rules, having rule_start_date and rule_end_date ( Example: 05-MAY-2010).
2. Invoice is imported successfully and there are no problems.
3. Create a credit memo transaction for the invoice having rules. Review the details in the interface tables (RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL). RULE_END_DATE reflects as 05-MAY-2010.
4. Import the Credit Memo transaction, finding that the RULE_END_DATE is not the same as it was in the interface tables. Review RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL.RULE_END_DATE to find that it is 04-MAY-2010.
