Goal

The following document is designed to give a 'Step-by-Step- guide to setting up Oracle Advanced Inbound Telephony with Basic Telephony using the Oracle SDK on a Release  12 instance, primarily to assist with the creation of Reproducible Test Cases  (RTC) within SRs.

The details in this note will also assist Customers who are new to this area. As it can be followed to set-up and see the Basic Telephony integration with the Oracle Products.
