Email Center : Error During Resolve Or Transfer Email

When attempting to Resolve an email, the email is sent but the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Agent responsibility
2. Navigate to Agent's Inbox
3. Select a message to reply it
4. From the Action drop-down list, select the Resolve action
