Email Center : Error During Resolve Or Transfer Email (Doc ID 1221573.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Resolve an email, the email is sent but the following error occurs.


The message was successfully sent to the customer, however one of the post send operations failed.
Please notify the System Administrator.
When all Oracle Email Server processes are running, please re-select the original message to finish this interaction.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email Center Agent responsibility
2. Navigate to Agent's Inbox
3. Select a message to reply it
4. From the Action drop-down list, select the Resolve action
5. Go
