Symptoms

Error Code: CSI_INST_DTLS_NO_ACCESS
Error Message: You do not have access to Instance Details Page, Please contact System Administrator.

Error Code: CSI_INST_SRCH_NO_ACCESS
Error Message: You do not have access to Instance Search Page, Please contact System Administrator.


After patch 10046922 get the following error when trying to access Instance Details page from Service Request form in Field Service:

You do not have access to Instance Details Page, Please contact System Administrator

Similar error when trying to access the Instance Search page via Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility:

You do not have access to Instance Search Page, Please contact System Administrator.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service Manager (responsibility)
2. Create Service Request > Subject (tab) > Instance Detail (button) >Update: Item Instance: <instance number>

OR

1. Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instances
