BOMFDBOM: Edit -> Duplicate -> Record Above Causes Irrecoverable Error APP-BOM-20273 (Doc ID 1222013.1)

Goal

Duplicate Above Record on BOM Components causes irrecoverable error APP-BOM-20273 due to non-unique Op Sequence; cannot edit record, unless cleared.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bills -> Bills
2. Query the bill of material in the form.
3. Use green plus sign to add a new record.
4. Edit -> Duplicate -> Record Above to copy the above record.
5. Scroll to the Quantity field and adjust the quantity to a portion of existing quantity.
6. Save and get message about effectivity date.
7. Select Effectivity Date tab to adjust the effectivity date.
8. As soon as new date is selected, see the below message.


APP-BOM-20273: Component Item exists for this operation sequence and date range.

9. Click on OK.
10. Attempt to select the Main tab to change the Operation Sequence and error reappears. Cannot successfully navigate to field to change the value.
