Creating Service Request Causes FRM-40831: Truncation Occurred: Value Too Long For Field System_name (Doc ID 1223223.1)

When creating Service Request, the following error is displayed:

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field SYSTEM_NAME.

Query for the Customer
Go to Service Request tab and add a new service request
Use the LOV (List of Values) for System to select a system with a name <=50 characters and more than 30 characters
