IEXRCALL - Performance Issues In Transactions TAB After Applicaiton Of ATG RUP 7 (Doc ID 1223434.1)

Symptoms

After applying ATG RUP 7 (<Patch 6241631>), performance of Transactions TAB in the Collections screen is bad. It went from 3-5 seconds to 30-45 seconds

Steps to reproduce:
1. NAV: Collections Agent -> Collections
2. Click the Find icon (Flashlight)
3. Enter an organization name
4. (B) Click Search button
5. Select one of the addresses
6. (B) Click OK button
7. Select Transactions TAB
